There are times when my diet consists of mostly Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (because I love them). And it's the only diet that I can stuff my face and actually lose weight.
I don't eat the crappy sugary peanut butter either, just the natural stuff with no sugar or preservatives.
Great way to drop a few pounds and satisfy your hunger.
I've had three a day, every single day for about 20 years. The only time I don't is when I'm traveling. Natural peanut butter on whole wheat with no-high-fructose-corn-syrup grape jam.

holy smokes, I thought I was the only one who did this kind of thing, except I even cut out the jelly. Orowheat Healthy Multigrain with REAL peanut butter. Somedays two or three and it seems to me like it actually gave a lot of energy too.
