Pedro Rizzon Vs Fedor!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pedro Rizzo has signed a three fight exclusive agreement with SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. Rizzo made a massive impact on the promotion with his wins over Jeff Monson at Art of War 3: USA vs Brazil and Justin Eilers at Art of War 1.

SUN Chief Executive Officer CJ Comu stated, "Our IFA Champion (Rizzo) is one of the best stand up fighters in the world and he is willing to take on anyone that wants to enter the cage to prove it. He has dominated several Ultimate Fighting Championship and PRIDE stars. He knocked out Josh Barnett, he knocked out Andrei Arlovski, he beat Mark Coleman, Ricco Rodriguez, Tra Telligman, Justin Eilers, Dan Severn and recently KO'd Jeff "The Snowman" Monson in the third round of a title fight. Rizzo was able to knock out Monson, something the former UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia was unable to do." Comu added, "At this point, we'd put him up against the best fighters in the world because Pedro Rizzo is back and he's going to keep knocking them out."

and Tim did something Pedro never managed to do, win the belt.

PEDRO ROCKS!@

so what doe's this have to do with fedor?

Rizzon

Hmmm... Cool... Pedro has the talent. He showed he still packs a hell of a punch by KOing Monson who, people don't realize I don't think how big of a win that was.

Pedro is on the comeback trail, IMO.

"so what doe's this have to do with fedor? "

I am also confused by this as, SUN doesn't have anything to do with M-1.

Not to diminish Rizzo's win over Monson, but Tim could have easily KO'd him in the 5th round. Monson couldn't even keep his hands up anymore. Sylvia chose to stand back and cruise to a judges decison like Militech told him to.

Ummm, he couldn't easily do it because he didn't...

they forgot to mention his standing KO loss in Pride

maybe they were too busy touting wins that happened years before that loss though

This has nothing to do with Fedor. This is just Art of War signing him to 3 more fights. I guess I don't understand what this has to do with Fedor...

Well, I meant that he didn't even try.  He was there for the taking.

Now, that's where I think you were wrong. You're right, he was beaten, and battered but Jeff doesn't go down to little bitch punches like Tim was throwing and has been throwing in his past few fights. They are like Diaz punches. They pepper you, bust you up, but they're not going to knock you out.

I am not saying he doesn't have the power to knock you out, he's displayed in the past he does. But lately, it doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

The Rumor going around for the last month is Rizzo is fighting Fedor in M-1 in March 08.....

"The Rumor going around for the last month is Rizzo is fighting Fedor in M-1 in March 08..... "

Right but you posted it like this signing furthers the talks and would seem that it is now certain...

The thing is, this is an exclusive deal. Unless M-1 wanted to send Fedor to Art of War, this fight probably won't happen.

Exclusive means only for their promotion.

I've always found Rizzo to be pretty boring.

Tims contract said the would never fight Pedro

Fedor fight Hong Man as warm up, then Rizzo, then Couture. I'd say thats more than enough to stay # 1.

sure, if it actually happens its more than enough to stay #1. you're already giving him credit for fighting guys he can't possibly fight for almost a year
