<p>People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) have launched a free, online MMA-themed flash game, allowing you to inhabit a fighter (Jake Shields, Georgi Karakhanyan, or Aaron Simpson) and smash animal experimenters, and free animals.</p>

It is Django Unchained for animal lovers.

The game has a variety of features including:
•Interviews with your fighter:
•Sign online petitions;
•Write letters.

If it is too easy, you can step up the difficulty with a secret code:
tempehrun

No one knows the code but you, so burn it once entered.

or use built in features to write letters to stop animal cruelty or sign petitions. If that's not enough, hardcore gamers can also increase the difficulty be entering the super-secret code "tempehrun," to add a whole new level of intensity to the game.

"The PETA video game is an absolutely incredible, innovative, unique way to reach people that might not be aware of the cruelty that these animals endure," says featured character Arianny Celeste. "Gamers that probably wouldn't go to the PETA website are now becoming aware of things that are happening every day."

Thanks to BlooodyElbow for the find.

K1 Shields up in this

not bad lol

I picked Jake Shields and it put me on a quest to find a pillow.

Shouldnt they be killing the animals afterwards like they do in real life?

Nice to see MMA getting extra exposure, but a game where you get to kick the crap out of some PETA idiots in an MMA fight and get rewarded with steaks and turkey legs would be a whole lot cooler!

' Django Unchained for animal lovers.'

What?
Anyway, PETA are a bunch of hypocritical animal killing idiots. Phone Post

Yay! river city ransom rip off? Phone Post 3.0

I want a game where I can beat PETA members into Bolivia with dead cat nunchakus.

Game is kinda lame. I was hoping for Double Dragon elbows, hair pulling to knees combo.

Game is not well done.

what a bunch of soy shit

Cool game. Only flaw I see it is shows Jake Shields as having functional striking skills...

Wow... Phone Post 3.0

I fucking love River City Ransom

beat it with k1 shields

Oh the ignorance and hypocrisy of those people. Why do they have to try to spread it?

PETA members should not be allowed modern medicine, since animal models underpinned every medical discovery EVER.

VTFD for giving this evil group any press at all.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (Peta) said its staff in North Carolina did nothing wrong when they allegedly took animals from local shelters and injected them with fatal doses of pentobarbital.

The charges state that Peta employees Andrew Cook, 24, and Adria Hinkle, 27, then dumped the corpses in the bins of a supermarket in Ahoskie, North Carolina.

Peta said it drew the line at the bin dumping, but the group's president, Ingrid Newkirk, defended the practice of killing animals. She told a newspaper that "for some animals in North Carolina, there is no kinder option than euthanasia". . . .

Police in Ahoskie say they discovered the corpses of at least 80 animals.
