Refs aren't too bad. As for judges, I'd simply settle for having those suffering from profound mental retardation be barred from qualification.

Not all pro fighters would make good refs, but most pro fighters would make good judges. And even if a fighter was a mediocre judge, he'd still be better than most of those fuckwits who are currently calling themselves judges.
