What I got out of that was quite clearly:

BKB have already stated publically they’ll pay any additional travel costs from sacromento to LAX also - which of course they will.

They've actually come out and said they'll even cover the cost of a charted taxi from Sacramento to LAX, if that's what it takes - to get Phil on that flight - which would cost exponentially more than a regional flight.
