When encountering menus that require the numerical pad, it never registers. This is new. It was always working great before.

For example:

“Press 1 for no help.”

“Press 2 for useless information”

“Press 0 to not be able to speak to a representative”

When I press the number it doesn’t go through the menu. This is across the board.

Is this a setting issue in the phone?

No its an issue with the unemployment office’s phone system. Try again during the night.

I’ve noticed if you are on speaker the sounds are not always processed correctly. Also check to ensure you don’t have mute on - though it’s highly unlikely that’s it.
