I have been making breakfast shakes using berries and protien powder. Sometimes I throw in some yogurt. Tomorrow, this is going in the blender too.
I would stay away from Fruit Drinks/Juices bro...
That drink has between 30 - 60 grams of sugar.

Not a fan of the Naked juice cocktgails- loaded with sugars, and include virtually none of the beneficial fiber and pulp.
That stuff is garbage...and expensive.
