I had a good fight with Keith Ferriera. Both of our opponents pulled out and Keith stepped up in a big way. He knew that I would be a challenge yet he stepped up to the plate like the warrior he is. I would like to mention that I did beat him at a interservice drinking competition after the fight, proving yet again that proud members of the Navy are the biggest drunks in the service. Not Marines. He was a great guy and I hope the fight was exciting for the fans. I will post a video when I get it. Please check out my website for the rest of the pictures.
CONGRATS!
go Navy
The G'n'P-pic is an awesome MMA-photo. Congrats on the fight
From all the posts that I have read of yours, you are a classy dude. Congrats on the win!
Way to go Dale!
Congrats Dale!
Grats Dale!
I got beat twice in one night. I take the drinking loss harder. I was behind the 8-ball on both accounts. The guy is former Navy and part of an Irish fight team. There was no way I could win either contest. Dale gained a new fan with me.
Congrats Dale!
lol...nice post Keith. Way to step up and fight a game fighter like Dale.
Dale...congrats. You look big for 170lbs. It would have been interesting to see you and Lauzon at 155lbs.
What do you usually walk at?
Nice job Dale.
Thank you so much everybody, it really means alot to me. Good to see you Jahmal, that color suits you well. He really has a way of catching action photos. Sometimes I see the photos and its hard to belive its me, sounds weird. I walk at 195 or so. I was dieted down to 177 3 weeks out for Dany which I wanted to be 175 week off. I gained alot of weight when I found out we were fighting at 170 (more when I thought I wasn't fighting) due to pizza. I was really sucked out at 177 and wasnt even eating my precious oatmeal.
Keith needs a green name!!!!! I kind of snuck up on him with the large glass "shot" of tequilla. He turned away for a minute and I downed mine! I don't know why but somehow I got surrounded in life by marines. Half my friends are Marines by pure chance and I've fought two. Could be worse. I have a ton of respect for what they do. I just sat on a ship and worked on electronics/played madden. Thanks for being a awesome guy Keith!
Very nice job. It looked like someone shaking a baby, but with a full grown adult.
thank you very much. I was a bit bigger the Keith. Not my buisness but he might be better suited at 155.
I'm not a baby but I did feel shaken like a rattle!! I'm fighting at 205 next ;-)
Congrats Dale, nice to see you picked up another one!!!
that's a sweet SYT coat in that first pic...
Crooklyn, coming from you that means the world :-)
Thanks alot Chris! it wasn't hanging with Jon Fitch like you, but one step closer. Team Quest changed my perspective on wrestling forever. Your the man Chris!
