I was wondering where a good place to train in the Ham/Burl/Oak area is?
Also, what can I expect as far as membership fees?

Lowest is 50/month. Is that about what I can expect ot pay any where?

The thing that JOSLINS offers that almost all clubs DONT offer is the number of classes. Both day & evening classes.
They have 17-20 bjj/mma/submission wrestling classes plus boxing and kick boxing classes.
Come check it out for yourself. Their prices are the same as other clubs and you get great facilties, lots of classes to choose from, and great instruction.
You can train everday/twice a day/3 times a day if you really wanted to.
