it insists on the address2 field being filled in. however even after i type something in it still gives me an error message.

i just tried it and it worked fine for me. i am very sorry you are having problems (believe me). the second address can be something like st., rd., lane, etc. the bottom section does not have to be filled out if you just check the box (if both addresses are the same)...
