I think the setting was in a garage and some psychopath drills a hole in another dude's skull, before sticking his dick into the guy's brain.
One of the funniest parts of the thread was that some OGer mentioned that it would make the perfect "In" GIF. Haha.

The "in" gif version exists out there. I was highly disappointed when it was not used for OG'ers to sub to each and every thread for the next month or so. I used it once or twice. It generally was a thread killer.
