Ive been going to the gym for a few months now. Im trying to gain muscle and size. Im on a high pritien diet and at the moment im drinkin whey a couple times aday its just cheap and prob not very good. Is there anything else i should be taking? I walk in holand and barrat and theres loads and loads. To confusing. Ive even seen anobolic stuff. Can someone please send me in the right direction?
