PLYO workouts?

what i really mean is what are good plyo exercises for wrestling,boxing

There are numerous movments that would be good for wrestlers. Keep in mind the movments depend on the condition of the athlete and the training phase.

Maybe start with some standing long jumps, tuck jumps, mb drills (utilizing the stretch shortening cycle) These are just a few drills that could be incorporated.
