I donā€™t really have it, but I like the idea of a little bit of applesauce with my roast pork

With pork chops I just put on a sprinkle of lemon pepper

Itā€™s a savory, sweet/heat.

Mildly spicy rub.

Brown sugar melted with apple juice and butter glaze.

Sweet/spicy sauce to finish.

Itā€™s a hit every time.

I actually like pineapple but I just like food the way it is. Im exaggerating as I would tear up the pastor and ribs described above but would never use them myself in a recipe.
