I was wondering if you are familiar with the POSE Running Method. It is supposed to be a more biomechanically efficient way to run. Because of your background on MBF I thought it would be interesting to hear your thoughts on it. I can provide links to info on it if needed. Thanks.
I have only seen a few video clips on youtube in regards to the Pose Running Method, so I am not very familiar with it. In my personal opinion, many of the "proper running technique" methods are simply trying deal with the symptoms of postural misalignment in the body. When imbalances are corrected, "good running form" will naturally appear.
