Post-Injury Nutrition/Supplements?

I had my ankle and knee popped yesterday by a heel-hook. Been using RICE, and have an appointment for physio tomorrow. Also taking glucosamine, Vitamin E anti-inflamatories periodically.
I generally eat clean, lean protein, veggies, some fruit, a little whole grain.

Anyone have any advice on nutrition/supplements that could help speed up the healing process?
