Post roll recovery supplements etc

I like a 70 percent sativa 30 indica blend Phone Post 3.0

Other than a high protein beverage I don't know anything else. Phone Post 3.0

Being in my mid 30's and after years of a tonne of sports, my body needs all the help it can get.

During training I drink a bcaas drink, and as soon as I am finished I have a humapro protein with a scoop of L glutamine to aid in absorbtion, as well as another scoop of bcaas.

Once a day, usually after training and before work I have:

3 x fish oil capsules the size of horse tablets!

1 x vitamin c strong tablet

1 x vitamin d capsule

1 x k2 capsule

1 x glucosamine tablet

1 x magnesium tablet

1 or 2 tumeric tablets

1 x multi vitamin tablet

Wrestled in college and had a chance to train with a couple Olympic Wrestlers and a couple guys on the judo team. They all were taking spark, rehydrate and post workout recovery and said it was by far the best for training and recovery. I've taken every day ever since. Phone Post 3.0
