I fight in 6 weeks i get my mma and wrestling sessions on a night time. Depending on how aching i am i train before work at 6am at a local gym usually i do 15 minute 10mph for 1 min 6mph for 1 min repeat. Or ill do 30 seconds 15 oncline at 8.5 mph. Any one have any more suggestions to change it up a little.
Sorry i didnt explain properly i get those done on a night time. This is just extra in a morning before work.
Run a mile, rest 1 min. Do 10mph at 10 incline, 30s on 30s off. As many as possible. Then Rest another min, and run 1 more mile. That's my go to before a fight.
