Jon Jones will pick Dan Henderson apart pretty handily, I think. Dan doesn't have much head movement nor does he mix up his strikes very well. He just loads up that right hand and tries to land it. It's no secret.
There's no one currently at 205 that will be able to beat Jon Jones. Anderson Silva is really the only person at 205 that can give him a lot of trouble, and really that's a toss up at this point. If Jon tries to trade with him, I think Anderson will light him up, but if Jon takes Anderson down, it'll be over. His GnP is just too nasty.
