Did I read that right? the UFC starts at 12:00 am UK time? I suppose its so they can air it Live in the States as well.

It starts at 11:35 am est time, which would be 5:35 pm UK. Its tape delayed in the U.S

but on UFC on demand says it will air midnight GMT today

so let me get this straight. it will air live in england at 8pm but for us who are ordering it on the internet it will be 4 hours later at 12 am?
