PPV Complaints in perspective

I hear a lot of bitching on not showing enough fights. I think of it this way, before the PPV ban was lifted it was a pain in the ass to see ANY fights. I am grateful

Yeah, but you know what? It's not just PPV with my cable company. They suck on a whole lot of other different levels. On top of that, they make it seem like me (the user) doesn't know what I'm doing for the first 20min of the customer service call. Their business is to deliver the product they advertise. Think about it. Just because life is better now than it was before email doesn't mean you give your internet provider slack if you're email goes down constantly, do you? PPV is no different.
