Preparing for Olympic Trials: How?

How do those wrestler intending to participate in the Olympic trials train? Meaning,

1) How many days a week do they train (just in wrestling, I don't mean their cardio and conditioning)?

2) How many sessions per day?

3) What do their sessions consist of (in terms of wrestling) and how much of each of those things do they consist of?

Two words: A lot.
