I can tell by the way his eyes look and his voice. I have been around people on xanax/benzos and opiates/oxys all the time in person and i've been there myself. I am 99% positive Tito is on pills in this interview. His voice is scracthy like that its the same as anyone on opiates and or benzos. He normally doesn't rant like either this way. I don't want anyone to get mad at me but i think anyone who knows what i am talking about will agree with me
