What was Rizzos prime? beating barnett and thats all. Which means he never really had a prime because he was to inconsistant.
Nog was consistant with his wins.

As a fan of both, I think Bog Nog would've taken the fight in impressive fashion. Rizzo throws a heavy thigh kick, ends up on his back, and is finished before the end of the round.

I think Nog would win by decision. He might take Rizzo down -- he took down prime Crocop after all -- but I'm not at all sure he would submit Pedro, who is a blackbelt himself (Nog had plenty of takedowns on Kharitonov, who has been submitted easily by Monson and Barnett, but did not finish him). Standing, I think Nog could outpoint Pedro.
