After nearly 6 years of training I've finally crossed over to that mid point on this journey to Black belt.
Today, my Bjj coach, Dave Ruiz, promoted me to purple belt.
I am extremely happy and thankful!

No test, no guantlet. My coach just gather everyone together at the end of class and announce to everyone that he was promoting me to purple belt.

I could careless about Ari and his promotions.
I'm just happy I've finally reached this point in my Jiujitsu career. I put in alot of mat time to "earn" this rank for myself.
