no doubt a pretty shitty job was done by Herb, BUT, once he says 'Go!' you can not sit there for 3 seconds with your head up and your hands down and expect AA NOT to hit you.

agreed... PDP made a huge error... he will hate himself after looking at the tape.
Also makes it tough to finish when your opponent CHEATS and grabs onto the fence to maintain position, right in front of the referee.
Not saying AA would have been unable to finish Cruz, but like in the Kharitonov/Schilt match, grabbing the fence to maintain position certainly helped to win the fight.
Andre definitely waited for him to make a move first knocking his foot off his hip.
