Protein Revalation!

I decided to record my protein intake over the last week, and it is way under my goal of 200 grams per day!

I never measured my intake before because I just figured I got enough because I eat alot of protein, drink lots of milk and I take a couple of protein drinks per day. I was wrong! It is not easy to get enough protein throughout the day!


A typical day:

protein drink w/milk 30g

chicken 25g

nuts and milk 15g

chicken or meat w/cheese 35g

milk 15g


protein drink 30g



That's alot of eating (plus carbs and fats) all day and it only adds up to 150g!

This is disturbing.
