until recently i had no idea that Jens was from Washington. i always figured he was from some horrible place like Iowa or Illinois, but i was as proud as can be to find out he was from my home state of Washington.
Washington has produced lots of great fighters: Josh Barnett, Randy, and transplants like Ivan Salaverry, Mo Smith, and, uh, Chris Leben.
i believe it's high time Washington got the respect it deserves!
