I have a sony midrange DV cam and its got great pics but it really limits my movies due to the lens not being able to take any wide angle shots. Is there a solution?
There should be a wide angle adapter for it.
lynn how expensive are they? are they effective?
go to www.bhphotovideo.com and check them out. What camera are
you using and I can search around and see what is out there.
Hey its a sony trv16E, much appreciated!!
I don't think there is much you can do with that one. Sorry. It is a
European version correct? I don't think we had the TRV16E here. The
lens won't really allow for much, I don't believe.
OK here's what i found out i can get for about $100 US:
Title: Sony VCL0630 Lens
Product: Sony VCL0630
Lens - Wide Conversion x0.6 / 30mm
what do u think?
I wasn't all that thrilled with the wide angle lens I got for my VX-2000. Didn't make enough difference.
LEMon...to be honest, I don't know that much about that camera. Worst
case scenario, it's only $100 so it won't be too big of a loss. I'm sure
you'll see some difference but with this type of lens system, you kind
of get what you get. It's hard to do too much at this level of camera.
They don't really offer too many options. Let me know what you decide.
I did look at a bunch of english sites and read the specs on it. Not
much I can see. 0.6x mag that's about it. Should help some though.
