Lol, anyone else see the first story of channel 10 news here in queensland?

The story was mainly about Mundines recent fight, and how NSW wouldn't sanction the bout so it was moved to Australia.

Interesting enough, then the showed a few clips of aussie MMA and busted out the line somehting like "the increasing popularity in no rules bouts is why Queensland is quickly becoming the manslaughter capital of Australia."

WTF, what the hell is a manslaughter capital?

How many MMA bouts have ended in manslaughter ?
How many MMA fighters have committed manslaughter ?

What a crock !! It must be nice to be able to make wild accusations like that with no chance of any comeback.

I think the real questions the AMA should answer are:

1) Why are doctors allowed to be "bribed" by drug companies into prescribing their product with a huge array of inducements

2) Why are doctors a bunch of self-medicating pill addicts ?

Now, if only channel 10 would interview me !!

I have no time for the AMA but you also have to expect to be attacked when it seems QLD is the place fights happen when they cann't happen anywhere else in the country and especially with MMA when its not goverend by anyone.

And Tank don't you bring MMA into a boxing post please ;)
