Ok, I've been somewhat of a diet now and I've been curious. I've been drinking nothing but Milk and Water. 1 glass of milk in the morning and the rest of the day I drink water. It usually winds up to be a gallon to 2 gallons of water. To the question. Should I be feeling so freekin' bloated all the time? I guess it's just 'cause I'm constantly full of water. I'm constantly pissing. And another thing. If a person was just to drink water and not change their eating habits (eating like an everyday joe) would they still lose weight?

Stay away from salt.

Reduce carb intake.

Eat foods high in potassium.

Drink some coffee or other beverage with caffeine.

Do cardio work.

Calories per day = bodyweight x 12

Break those calories into 40% Protein, 40% carbs, 20% good fats (flax, olive, coconut oil)

Drop the milk all together

Drink 1-2 gallons of water per day

Eat low glycemic carbs (oatmeal, yams, brown rice)
