There was a similar thread, but he does look like he's got a blender going in his brain there. Sounds like he'll get the help he needs now.
No one is commenting because anybody who watched that clip is doing something else upon which they can better project all of their dirty/inappropriate feelings, e.g. drinking, cutting, obsessively scanning their body for blemishes to pop, or (physically or mentally) abusing their dependents.
