Rampage's camp?

just curious who he's surrounding himself with/training partners....either way war wand WWII

I think he is trainig at Wolfslair in the UK, with Bisping.

bisping is one of them.   lol bisping is not a great substitute for wandy.  He should be training with thiago silva, but thiago silva is busy rehearsing his "he ran for three rounds!" postfight speech in english.  He's too busy for rampage.

iiiiinteresting....puttin the HOUSE on wand

I'd really like to see Rampage pull out the win this time. I think he's a much improved fighter since their last fights, but I dunno about his training camp. I guess we'll see come fight time.

KriegerVonGott - Training with Bisping in the UK? I'm from the UK and even I know that's a huge mistake.

Way more MMA focus in Vegas, etc

I think Rampage has said he has a hard time avoiding distractions and that being in another country helps.

Rampage always says the camp he's at is the camp that he should've been with all these years and that he's a new man, though.

hes got congo there also I think...and ricky hattons strenght and conditioning coach.

from the outside that sounds like a bad idea

"Wolfslair is a good gym, and he's not only training with Bisping, he's also training with Congo and Ricco Rodriguez." That gives me zero confidence in him. The strenght and conditioning coach sounds ok but the rest is not good.

kissenger - Yeah, I just read it back to myself and Ricco and Kongo are not the best training partners to have (unless you want to learn how to fail at takedown defence and how to crash your car while coked up, almost kill your wife, put her apparently dead body in place of your own in the driving seat so you don't get busted by the cops, and laugh about it down the line).

However, Wolfslair do have some solid instructors (Neto for BJJ and one of the top kickboxers from the UK - and UK kickboxing is good). Also, lets give Bisping some credit. He's a good fighter and, I'm sure, also a good training partner. He can at least help Rampage with his kicks and his Jiu-Jitsu.

I agree. Top trainers are more important to Rampage at this point. People can hate on Bisping, but he's improved a ton, has gotten very technically sound in all facets, and is in great shape at 185. If those trainers can do that for Rampage, he'll be improved in his next fight.

Rampage is currently training with Bigfoot to improve his ground attacks.
