Ran my first 5K yesterday(ever)

Didn't train properly(once every last 2 weeks) and did 1-2K with some walking mixed in there. Managed to do the 5K with 2-3 breaks of walking totaling a bit more than ~5 minutes.

I can feel it a little in the legs today.

my wife asked me to do a 5k color run yesterday.

I laughed.

as a letter carrier, I walk at least twice that every weekday. That's more than enough exercise for me.
