Randy has never knocked someone out clean as far as I know, and it's been ages since he's submitted someone. But if you don't think that striking someone to the point of ref stoppage is finishing a fight, your nutty.

When Randy pounds the complete piss out of someone, ala Rizzo II, Liddell, Belfort, then thats trying to finish and finishing a fight. The last fight randy had and won a decision was to Tito wasn't it? And that was more that he couldn't do much to Tito to hurt him. His last lay n pray when he could have done more was probably Mo Smith.
He tried like hell to finish Barnett and Ricco too.
As far as UFC wins goes, he has 3 by decision, one was one of the best fights ever, that was Rizzo. His other 7 UFC wins were total ass whippings. If you deny that, you are either a troll, hater, or dumbass.
Just look at what the guys he finished looked like when the fight was over.
