Then he is going down to 185 and he is going to beat Anderson because Anderson has cleared out the division.
To finalize it he will go up to Heavyweight and take the title there to be the only 3 division champ.
Why's he going to do it in that order I don't know. But it is going to happen.
He will retire as the only guy to do it.

Rashad vs anyone in a 3rd fight-Rashad has a real good chance to gameplan/stategize a win during that time period. If Rashad becomes champion again, he'll have to keep on fighting and winning, and doing so for 5 rounds, and that is why he won't be a successful defending champion.
