Rate this program

It's a program from the USMC about how to increase pull-up numbers. Looks like it has a lot of working to failure in it.

Come on, somebody must have an opinion on this??

I give it a 27, it has a good beat and I can dance to it.

Actually to me, it looks like too much frquency and intensity to be effective for most folks.

I usually figure out my max, and then do three sets at 50% of max, three days a week. Re-test every 2-3 weeks. Wash-Rinse-Repeat.
