This is where the fight comes down to…obviously. But interested to see how RDA employs this when he has such a forward coming style. How good is his ability to stand back up. Colby may not be able to do much to him on the ground but RDA’s not gonna win off his back if he doesn’t get the sub/sweep.
For Colby, how well can he mix striking and tds? Or time his counters to RDA’s attacks?
I wanna say rda will smash him...but colbys big mouth has got me second guessing.
Anything to do with the thread title?
Lol sorry I didn’t over analize this fight but the fights are on and l am time poor.
Colby is largely unproven, the maia fight doesn’t prove much. He is over the hill and colbys style is his kryptonite.
I think it will be a battle of wills more than styles.
Interesting. I think they are both tough but RDA is proven tough and tested and also has the gas.
This will be a big test for Colby in the wills dept but also for RDA too maybe if he gets constantly taken down and grinded. I just see this as a challenge for RDA to be his usual self (pressuring) without putting his hips within td range. Ditto Colby; can he withstand the onslaught and find the tds?

Dam, dude, you were right!
Although, it was Colby’s style that smothered RDAs…so much that RDA was outbrawled by Colby. RDA was completely off put back the pressure and could not put his own punches and strikes together.

Colby’s striking was better than I thought. Good work by him.
