It's not JUST about power - guys like David Haye have WORLD CLASS head movement, reflexes, speed, footwork AND power.

How would Cain and Junior fare in today's HW scene?

How would a guy like Nick Diaz fare at SMW?

Who would cross-over well, and why?

I always thought that it was the footwork that made the difference.. Boxers don't have to worry about the takedown so their stance and movement is tailor-made for punching only., which will always give them the upper hand IMO Phone Post 3.0

Helps that he trains with one of the best Boxing coaches on Earth, too (I think Pedro maybe the best, and I know that Vitor has had great hands for years).

Diaz would get absolutely demolished in boxing. He has good boxing for MMA, not for actual boxing.
