Recommend me a program Weight lifting for mma

What’s a good program for someone who trains 4 times a week with kickboxing followed by grappling? This is more of a hobby then for competing in combat. Off work for a few months and I can weight lift in the day and mma train at night. What you say? PPL? Callisthenics ? Olympic powerlifting? I don’t want to overtrain and hurt myself but would still like to get a Yoel or Costa physique haha

PPL imo. If you’re just looking to add some muscle & get a little stronger.

In
