Recommend the best chairs

I thought I would ask the multitudes of people here who I suspect spend a lot of time sitting. I'm looking for recommendations on super comfortable chairs with good lumbar support. I train 5-6 days a week, and my back gets tight as fuck sometimes. I know some of you degenerates barely leave your basements, so I suspect your chair games are on point.

So, do you guys like high end chairs? I don't care how expensive they are, lay it on me.

I'm talking about indoor chairs mostly, however I will investigate a good Adirondack for my patio if you fucking love yours.

Thanks in advance.

Sitting is now worse than smoking for heart health.  Best just to stand.

I'm on my feet a lot though; When I get home my two year old son runs me ragged. 37 here and it's starting to catch up. I just want to sit Ridgeback. Let me sit. Please.

You know, some people have an unexplainable fear of being eaten by furniture. Weirdos... am I right?

Office desk chair = Herman miller Aeron chair.

For TV, reading etc.. Herman Miller Eames.

I have an Eames. It was a gift. Damn thing is foolishly expensive..

I'd like to get an Aeron but just haven't yet.

There's a store called "relax the back". They have good office chairs but be prepared to spend a lot.

Good chairs are not cheap..

There are millions of Eames knock offs. Phone Post 3.0

I always liked these:

My grandpa used to have one of these when I was a kid.

He wouldn't sit on any other chair in the house.

He used to always watch TV in that thing while I sat in his lap.

One time he let me sit on the chair by myself and it felt basically the same as sitting in his lap.

Never understood what was so special about that thing. Phone Post 3.0

Yeah, I came across these in my first searches. Thanks Jake. VTFU
I know the smart thing to do is to sit in them at the store. I think I saw those stores around here in LA. I just wanted to get some expert ass nuzzling opinions around here. Thanks again.

Grampas have to pokiest laps. I'm sure we all have similar stories as you Hocky. Mine was always covered in that fucking sparkle dust shit that gets everywhere.

i can't recommend a specific brand OP, but I kept watching CL for my home office chair and found a gently used one that was around 2000 that some divorced guy let me have for 250.

Nice score. I'll put my non-creeper feelers out there too. Thanks.

i hate to be the contrarian here, but I hate Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I think they suck. I have a bad lower back that I get regular treatment on, and the lumbar support on these chairs is not that great. I'm on my 3rd Aeron in 10 yrs now (my boss keeps replacing our old Aeron's with newer ones) and I think I am finally going to put my foot down and demand something different.

OP I'd recommend you go to a chair store of some sort and try a bunch out. I know I'm definitely in the minority here, but given the choice I would never buy an Aeron myself.
