quick question about recovery supplements.
which do you guy recommend , i use to use Endurox when i played alot of soccer and did crazy amounts of track but since i been training 5x days a week for MMA i would like to start using them again,
any recommendations?

2am-12pm then sleep for 2 hours eat on train while im going to train

NO I NAP 2 HOURS AFTER WORK: TRAIN AT 4-830 SLEEP BY 915/30 WAKE UP AT 2 LOL
You are only sleeping 6.5 hrs per day (and that's broken up into two sessions). Sleep more. Cook in bulk and reheat. Eat healthy. Buy a crockpot. Let it do the work while you work/sleep/train.
p.s. that's a pretty messed up schedule
