Reem will destroy Lesnar in brutal fashion

That's what I keep hearing.

And I want to believe it. I am more of an Overeem fan, but the disrespect given to Lesnar and the disregard of who he's fought vs. who Overeem has fought seems to have deluded many. Is Overeem prepared upstairs for what he's in for? Phone Post

If Lesnar gets him down could be a short night, but if Reem really uses his wrestling defense could be lights out quickly as well?

This fight is so damn interesting. I'm sure from a P4P vantage point it's not that great, but great for the average joe fight fan. It has a very broad appeal. Phone Post

It is an interesting fight but I think Lesnar destroys him. Overeem throws one kick and he is on his back, and there is no way Overeem gets Lesnar off of him once Lesnar has him on the ground.

Brock covers up and gets finished in the worst way Phone Post

Brock has got this TKO R1

so much money to be made off these lesnar retards. They obv didn't see the carwin/cain fights. Lesnar is nothing and will be 100% beaten into retirement. What is the line for him being beaten into retirement b/c id lay a few k on it

the only way Lesnar wins is if this bitch is scripted, WWE style

Two huge guys who don't take punches well and possibly have poor gas.

You obviously missed the part where Carwin stopped the takedown and Cain got up off his back. Who's the HW wrestler Overeem stuffed to make you think he's stopping Brock's takedowns? Phone Post

You'll know on the first takedown attempt whose going to win this fight.

I also think there's a very strong possibility that this thing is over FAST and a lot of people will feel ripped off. Not because of who won necessarily, but because it will be over so quickly. Phone Post

I honestly think Lesnar is going to close the distance and fake a shoot and nail Overeem standing. Then basically control and TKO or ride him out Herring style.

But what I want? Overeem KO rnd 1. Doubt it happens.

Reem showed a good sprawl v werdum and lesnar has not shown me much with his takedowns. He couldn't even take Couture down, he couldn't take Carwin down and he could what? body slam cain for 5 seconds. He is terrible, he has no chance in this fight. This is literally putting a sheep v a lion

7 of 10 or 11 of Reem's last opponents were coming off losses,

he looked horrific against Werdum

He left his lifelong gym to train at XC

He left XC to go home to see his mom who is dying

(Leaving him nowhere to train)

It just doesn't add up that Reem is going to win.

well his opponent is a joke, if that effects the equation

What's so interesting about this fight is that both sides believe their guy is going to destroy the other. You don't see anyone coming on saying it's going to be a close, back and forth war. No, Alistair is going decapitate Lesnar, or Brock is going to smash Overeem. There is no middle ground on this one.

Frankly, I'm no different, I think Alistair is going to shock a lot of people with his defensive wrestling and finish Brock in the first.

Yup. If Brock does not get him down within the first take down attempt, Overeem is going to smash him. Sadly, Brock is simply just not as good as we thought.

He's also a guy with 7 fights going against a guy with 47 fights.

How is he a joke? Honestly. Maybe you don't like him. Fine. I mean I don't either. But calling Lesnar a joke is a joke.

" Going 1-1 with Mir? Beating a 45 year old LHW? Only beating Carwin because he gassed terribly after embarrassing Lesnar in the first round? "

Carwin is the only other guy to crush Mir like that in a long long time, and Lesnar is the only guy ever to finish Carwin, including the current champ JDS.
