Regular Massage Therapy

I had a 30 minute massage last week. Felt great. Work had an on-site therapist and I rocked out another quick 15. I'm hearing it takes about 4 regular sessions to see great results, but right now between regular swimming and now this... feels good man.

Anyone get regular massages? What's a good schedule.

And tme about Asian massage parlors lol

Once a week during fight camp. Wish it was more. Highly recommended. Phone Post 3.0

Every 2 weeks if I can. Now that my benefits are out once a month to 6 weeks depending on how much I can put aside. Phone Post 3.0

depends on your body and what you do.

Massage is most effective when combined with a good stretching / self-therapy routine. The more you do yourself thr less massage you'll need.

Go for a few massages close together (4 in 3 or 4 weeks) and then ease down a bit. Really depends on ailments etc though.

Foam rollering can be like self massage too. Phone Post 3.0

I get 1 1/2 hour deep tissue 2X a month. I wish I could get one every week.

this is exactly what they recommend. Multiple sessions for results and a stretching regiment.

Feels good, man. Guess I'll have to tug myself off though

How's the massage / stretching going invalid? Phone Post 3.0

Iv never got a message before. Iv been looking into it though. Iv always had bad back pain & terrible scoliosis. Are there different kinds of messages to pick from? If so what kind would get knots out the best? Phone Post 3.0

It's going great, man. I'm now down to going once a month now, and I'm going to keep that up. Lower back no longer is killing me everyday.

Also doing a lot of swimming
