Sorry if a thread has been made on this but there are some movies I think would make for good remakes with the right story line. One movie that comes to mind would be Hellraiser. This is a movie I watch with my father (RIP). Maybe it's just sentimental to me but, I think with modern cinema and a good story line it could be a good rebirth or remake... Feel free to comment or suggest others. 
They can definately expand on their world more. WOULD love to see the untold oceans of darkness.

Also, since were talking remakes. Is the new Alien movie gonna be a remake or prequel cause I saw some leaked art with Hicks & Reese. Hicks died in the beginning of Alien 3.
