Condit did enough to earn a clear victory imo. No need for a rematch. It would be more of the same.
The judges, the commentators, compu-strike, and facial damage done all seem to favor the same fighter.

Makes sense to me. There are no other WW fighters that are as deserving as Diaz for a second attempt.
The outcome would be the same if there was a rematch. If Diaz can't get you against the fence and unload fury punches on you he will lose. Condit exploited The holes In diaz game and diaz couldnt adjust. Condit wins this fight 9 times out of 10.
Don't forget Octagon control. I'm not saying Condit definitely didn't win, just that it was very close, with people seeing both sides of it. If they don't rematch who will Condit face between now and November?
