I just got back from Coach DAvies 3 day seminar in NJ. It was excellent.

Coach DAvies displayed a wide range of knowledge concerning various elements of physical conditioning. Coach Davies also discussed the mental side of performance as well.

Look for a series of articles to be published soon that gives a detailed description of the three day camp.

Coach Davies is in the area often.

Keep in mind coach davies will be appearing at the Lexington EXpo Jan 16-18. He will be speaking 6hrs.

I will be there presenting for 5hrs also.
