Respect!

There is an outrageous lack of it around here tonight!

I am Irish, so obviously I support Conor more because of that, but I was a Diaz fan long before Conor was on the scene. It's hard to watch either of them lose for me personally.

Tonight they both fought like absolute warriors! Yet people still spill such disrespect for either fighter because they are completely obsessed with their guy!

I don't think I've ever seen such horrible, disrespectful tantrum throwing between "fans" around here like this before!

"Conor ran away" or "Diaz was dropped 4 times" all mean shit when both fighters used absolutely every ounce of energy and heart they could muster to try to win.
Any of you or me, would crumble in a millisecond!

Can people not forget that their guy won or lost and just give praise where it is due?

Conor fought a guy two weights above at the drop of a hat the first time around. He lost pretty badly, but took it on the chin and called for a rematch at the same weight, which in itself is an incredible call.

Conor proved himself a warrior tonight and deserves props.

Diaz is already a proven warrior and for me, had his takedown offence been slightly better, he would of gotten the victory, but alas it went to the judges for a tough call.

But Jesus Christ can people not take there emotions out of it for a few mins, take a breath and enjoy what just happened?

Yeah it's disappointing - amazing fight between 2 warriors Phone Post 3.0

Conor isn't going to creampie your ass. Phone Post 3.0

How can you say that with such certainty? Phone Post 3.0

good post. I always liked Conor, although it's been hard over the last few months but he dug deep tonight and if they fight again in a few months he'll have to dig deeper, but it'll only be good for him after this he'll be ready for anything.

It's true, I think he will come away from both these wars a much better fighter in mind and body.

He has to look back and learn from the trash talk too, he needs to bring it back to being funny rambles instead of insulting trash. He will lose fans everywhere acting like that. Even his own home fans, which I know from hearing it here.

He has also learned that he has to train for a fighter and not just rely on a multifaceted array of techniques. He showed that well tonight. Phone Post 3.0

Huge respect for both.. neither one of these dudes will back down. They shut gave us one of the best fights ever. Some people are weird "fans" of this sport. No idea how you can talk shit after that performance. Phone Post 3.0

I also can't get over the state of the forum tonight!! Whatever happened to no fighter bashing? The place is thriving with assholes right now.. Really gone down hill, oh and the news page is down for mobile users again it seems... Phone Post 3.0

I have always been respectful and only shoot back when shot at.

My words just have a bigger bang and hurt their little feelings but have always welcomed anyone to a debate.

I love and have always had respect for all colors, races, religious believes and everything in between. My haters go acting like victims because they're too embarrassed to admit they got got Phone Post 3.0

I respect Conor when he's fighting and has his mouth closed. Phone Post 3.0

You're in the wrong place if you are wanting to see respect mate, 80% are frustrated ladyboys in here. The other 20% are the only reason this site still exists. Phone Post 3.0

It's true unfortunately.. Phone Post 3.0
