Right now it's 30 feet per side, as long as the combined weight of the fighters is 10X that, it's fine (155 and up).
Wouldn't it be cool if the length per side of The Octagon could shrink to keep this ratio?
So if the fight is at 145, the cage size shrinks to 29 feet per side (combined weight is 290).
If the fight is at 135, it shrinks again to 27 feet per side (combined weight is 270).
If the fight is at 125, the cage sinks to 25 feet per side (both fighters are 250).
Max is what it is now though.
When will fully retractable Octagons be available for fan consumption? We need this.
