Last thursday (its wednesday now) i was wrestling and after the round my rib (last floating rib right side) hurt. I tried to train some more but couldnt because it hurt so bad.
the pain is on the last rib on the back. the pain can be pretty extreme. it usually hurts only when pressure or weight is applied to the area. it does not hurt when i breathe or do regular movement. last night i tried to lay down in bed and i guess i put to much weight on the right side, it hurt really bad.
i went to sports med clinic they said i probably bruised it (possibly fractured) they didnt tell me much more besides to ice and ibuprofen. and if it doesnt improve in another week to call a MD.
anyone know what it might be and how i can heal faster?
